What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is any technique that uses the breath as the primary means for initiating positive personal change and transformation.


Why do breathwork?

There are as many reasons for doing breathwork as there are people who do it!

·        A feeling that we have not realized our full potential

·        Persistent anger, sadness or fear that sabotages our best efforts to achieve success

·        An obscure feeling that life is just passing us by

·        The recognition of recurring negative patterns in our closest relationships - our partners or those “in authority”

·        Stubborn illnesses whose underlaying causes seem to resist conventional treatment

·        The feeling that our lives have stalled and gone stale

 

What are the benefits of breathwork?

There are some imporant things that breathwork can deliver:

There are basically two styles of breathwork:

 Mindfulness based breathwork

(undertaken in both one-on-one and group sessions)

·        A much more intense, fast acting style of breathwork.
